This weekend I got to visit some dear old friends and see their beautiful home. They were kind enough to let one of my brides have her bridal pictures taken there. Well while I was there, I had the privilege of photographing their handsome son Josh. He's grown up so much since I've seen him. Isn't he a cutie! I can tell he's going to be a lady-killer. Last week, my dear friend Lily and I went on an impromptu trip to Seattle, Washington! The weather was gorgeous! We were on planes, trains, ferries, automobiles, and foot for this trip. We went all over the northwest. We drove into Canada, then took the ferry over to Victoria, CA, then to San Juan Island, then back to Seattle to take the Amtrak train to Portland, OR. Needless to say, we needed a vacation from our vacation. It was so much fun! Here are a few images from our trip.

Last week I got to shoot pictures of a loving couple - Gayla & Steve, and they also brought along Gayla's son and his fiance', who were to become new parents the next day! The baby was born fine and healthy I'm happy to report. I'm shooting Gayla and Steve's wedding in July and they are so excited. I love to see couples so in love!

Last weekend, I got to shoot this cool couple, Jessica & Owen, in Birmingham. They are getting married in July and I'm doing their wedding. It was soooooo hot! But you can't tell by looking at them. We met at this little park where Jessica used to play when she was a little girl. They brought their very active dog too. He was fun as well. They were both so sweet and such troopers in the heat. I'm looking forward to working with them in July again! Thanks guys!
