Here's sweet Patty, my friend Marianna's dog. She's getting up there in age and she's so much a part of their family. She's blind and deaf now, but she still has lots of love to give.

Yesterday, I got to shoot some fun pix of my friend Marteal Rowell, along with her handsome husband Jim and sweet little girl, Nya (sorry if I spelled that wrong). They are expecting another addition to the family (a little girl) very soon, as you can tell. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time. It was so much fun! I really enjoyed getting to know the rest of the family! Thanks guys and congratulations! I hope you like these, they are some of my favorites.

I recently got to shoot some engagement pictures of my friend Phala Patton and her fiance' Jo. They are planning on getting married at Niagra Falls! They are so sweet. These are a few of my favorites from our shoot. Congratulations guys!

This weekend, my friend Lily and I did something awesome! We went skydiving! We went to Cullman and hung out all day at the airport and finally got to jump out of a plane! We did a tandum dive and jumped out at 14,000 feet! It was sooooo scary! I can't believe I did it. Apparently, this is a very popular sport because you should have seen all the people there skydiving. They do it every weekend. I will post some other pictures later of all the preparations, etc. they go through at Skydive Alabama to do this. I felt very safe the entire time and they were very professional with us, except for when my tandum instructor, Jason, yelled "oops" once the parachute came out. I freaked out, but he was just kidding. Apparently, they like to have a lot of fun with us first-timers. I'm thankful that God kept me safe and I was fortunate enough to experience such an exhilerating ride! We were free-falling about 150 mph for approx. 60 seconds before deploying the parachute. I think my stomach stayed in the plane!

Another big wedding this past weekend - in Guin, Alabama! Congratulations to Rachael Wright and Jacob Jones! They are the sweetest and cutest couple. I've been working with them now for a while, anticipating the big day! It was soooo hot, but thankfully everything was inside. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the day. Thanks to the Wright's and the Jone's for making my job so easy. You guys were great and I have enjoyed working with you so much! Thanks also to my friend Leslie for helping once again! You rock girl!
